We prepared and implemented a truly complex turnkey solution between 2015 and 2017 for the company ATEK - a manufacturer of plastic parts and assemblies mainly for the automotive industry. We prepared the construction from the substructure, floors, bridge crane through complete electrical installation, waterworks, air conditioning, sewage. We handed over the halls, tool room and administrative buildings for immediate use by all employees of the company.

Reinforced concrete hall: hall with reinforced concrete supporting structure measuring 75x72x12.5m, wall cladding with sandwich panels, folded roof cladding. The entire delivery was so-called "turnkey", i.e. including the substructure, floors, doors, loading docks, electrical installations, EPS, heating, built-ins, dividing partitions, communications, waterworks. Part of the administrative facilities of a single-storey brick building measuring 12.5x72m and 3.3m high, The entire construction was just as complex. That is, from the substructure of floors, cladding, doors, windows, wall cladding with a cassette system, electrical installations, heating, air conditioning, partitions, water and sewage systems to the final handover for use.

Tool room: hall with steel supporting structure size 25x70x7.0m, walls sheathed with sandwich panels, folded roof cladding, "turnkey" delivery, i.e. incl. substructure, floors, doors, bridge crane, electrical installations, EPS, heating, built-ins and extensions of technical rooms, communications... Part of the two-story brick administrative facility size 19.5x7.0m, height 7.5m, again it was a comprehensive "turnkey" delivery, i.e. incl. substructure of floors, cladding, doors, windows, wall cladding with a cassette system, electrical installations, heating, air conditioning, partitions, water and sewage systems, a glazed tube, a column-and-sash facade with a staircase, etc.
