TS construction adapted only for solid cladding

The prefabricated steel structure of the TS type consists of solid beams, sheathed in the non-insulated version with trapezoidal sheets, and in the insulated version with sandwich panels. These halls are the most common way of roofing production and storage spaces. They are suitable for halls with a width of 5–25 meters.

All types of industrial halls we manufacture are designed in accordance with the regulations and building codes applicable to EU countries. Their steel structure is dimensioned to withstand the climatic conditions at the construction site.

Basic technical specifications of the prefabricated hall

Anchoring the hall - It is possible to build on concrete footings, a foundation slab or a foundation strip. The suitability of the foundations is assessed in advance by a specialist who will determine the method of anchoring the hall. Steel anchors are used as standard, but the anchoring methods depend on the dimensions of the hall.
Hall construction - The supporting structure of the hall is formed in the transverse direction by a steel frame made of rolled materials (e.g.: IPE, HEA, HEB, ...) and hollow drawn materials of rectangular profile. The roof and wall frames are connected in the longitudinal direction by a windbreak system, which forms the necessary support for the cladding.
Hall cladding - These prefabricated hall systems are clad with high-quality trapezoidal sheets or sandwich panels with an aluzinc layer, colored paint and polyester varnish. We supply the cladding in all RAL colors available from the panel manufacturers.
Hall lighting - TS type halls are illuminated by spot or strip roof skylights, and on the walls by a light strip or windows.
Accessories - The hall is designed to fully meet the customer's requirements. Upon request, we are able to supply all accessories such as electrical installations, lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc. We supply double-leaf opening or sliding doors, rolling or sectional doors of various sizes and colors for the hall.
