The prefabricated steel structure with a gable roof is made of trusses, sheathed with durable PVC fabric (polyester fabric coated on both sides), developed specifically for these lightweight prefabricated hall systems. The system solution of these halls allows for easy dismantling and moving to a new location.

This and their resistance to various climatic conditions make prefabricated halls an effective roofing solution for all types of use all over the world. Despite the very short delivery time, considerable emphasis is placed on the precision and high quality of our products during the production of the hall.

Industrial halls of all types of our production are designed in accordance with the regulations and building codes applicable to EU countries. Their steel structure is dimensioned to withstand the climatic conditions at the construction site according to static calculations.

Basic technical specifications of the prefabricated hall

Anchoring the hall - lightweight prefabricated halls sheathed with technical textile can be built on the existing paved surface of the construction site, asphalt, concrete panels, concrete slab, foundation strip. The suitability of the terrain is assessed in advance by a specialist who will determine the method of anchoring the hall. Steel anchoring devices are used as standard, but the anchoring methods depend on the terrain of the construction site and the size of the hall.
Hall construction - the supporting structure of the hall is formed in the transverse direction by a steel lattice frame made of joists or pipes. The roof and wall frames are connected in the longitudinal direction by a windbreak system, which forms the necessary support for the sheathing.
Hall cladding - these prefabricated hall systems are sheathed with high-quality double-sided polyester technical fabric with a weight in the range of 680 or 900g/m² and a strength of 3.0 to 4.2 kN/50mm. These characteristics are determined according to the dimensions of the hall so that they can withstand all loads. We supply the cladding in white as standard, but at the customer's request we are able to supply it in other colors.
Accessories - the hall is designed to fully meet the customer's requirements. Upon request, we are able to supply all accessories such as electrical installations, lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc. We supply double-leaf opening or sliding doors, roller or sectional doors of various sizes and colors for the hall. We can print any inscription and logo on the walls and roof according to the customer's design.
