This type of prefabricated hall is used as a lightweight object intended primarily for temporary or permanent constructions, the advantages of which are mainly low weight, easy transportation, handling, simple and quick assembly and disassembly, easy expansion of the hall (in length), and high daylight transmission of the roof covering.

This type of prefabricated hall can be used as facilities for simple seasonal production activities, warehouses of suitable raw materials and products, or various other purpose-built roofs, such as exhibition pavilions, sports facilities, hangars, etc. Another advantage of this type of hall is the larger internal usable space, which is achieved by an innovative construction.

The vertical columns of the structure are made of rolled profiles, the roof is made of a truss structure. This type of prefabricated hall is most often chosen with regard to the greater width, i.e. from 25 meters and more, and the usefulness of the internal space.

It is a system with vertical columns made of steel I-profile and lattice roof trusses, sheathed on both sides with polyester fabric. This prefabricated hall construction system combines the advantages of lightweight lattice roof trusses and the more space-efficient solid vertical columns.

Basic technical specifications of the prefabricated hall

Anchoring the hall - Lightweight prefabricated halls sheathed with technical textile can be built on the existing paved surface of the construction site, asphalt, concrete panels, concrete slab, foundation strip. The suitability of the terrain is assessed in advance by a specialist who determines the method of anchoring the hall. Steel anchoring devices are used as standard, but the anchoring methods depend on the terrain of the construction site and the size of the hall.
Hall construction - The supporting structure of the hall is made of steel truss roof trusses and the vertical columns of the structure are made of rolled profile. The roof and wall frames are connected in the longitudinal direction by a windbreak system, which forms the necessary support for the cladding.
Hall cladding - These prefabricated hall systems are sheathed with high-quality double-sided polyester technical fabric with a weight in the range of 680 or 900g/m² and a strength of 3.0 to 4.2 kN/50mm. These characteristics are determined according to the dimensions of the hall so that they can withstand all loads. We supply the sheathing in white as standard, but we are able to supply it in other colors upon customer request.
Accessories - The hall is designed to fully meet the customer's requirements. On request, we are able to supply all accessories such as electrical installations, lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc. We supply double-leaf opening or sliding doors, rolling or sectional doors of various sizes and colors for the hall. We can print any inscription and logo on the walls and roof according to the customer's design.
